In 2024, the series released its first new models in six years: "V>15 Sticky" and "V>15 Sticky Soft." For the first time in the "V>15" line, it adopted a slightly tacky top sheet combined with a newly developed sponge. Used by players such as Koki Niwa, Kazuhiro Yoshimura, Shogo Sone, and Duda, "V>15 Sticky" features a sponge hardness of 52.5° and offers impressive Spin performance. "V>15 Sticky Soft," with a sponge hardness of 47.5°, emphasizes Spin while also prioritizing Speed, making it a well-balanced Rubber.

ーーWhen did you start your contract with VICTAS?

DUDA　I signed the contract in the summer of 2016.

ーーYou’re currently using a racket with your name on it, right?

DUDA　Yes, I use my signature racket, the "Benedikt Duda AFC." What I value most when choosing a racket is the feel of the Ball when I hit it and the touch. It’s important to be able to really feel the Impact when hitting the Ball. I like the feeling of "hitting it myself," and I don’t like rackets that make the Ball fly off on its own. This racket has rebound and Speed, but paired with the Rubber I use now, it’s also excellent in Control.

ーーWhat do you look for when choosing Rubber?

DUDA　I value Control as well as power and Speed. The forehand side uses "V>15 Sticky," which I chose because I wanted to emphasize Spin. On the backhand side, "V>22 Double Extra" is Control-oriented, so it’s easy to Control even Block and other shots.

Born April 4, 1994, in Gummersbach, Germany. Influenced by his father, a former professional Player, he started playing Table tennis at age 10 and has since played for Bergneustadt in the German Bundesliga. At the 2022 World Championships Team Event, he contributed as a core member of the team to winning the silver medal. He was also runner-up in the men's Singles at the 2024 European Championships. In the German Championships men's Doubles, he and Dang Qiu achieved an unprecedented fifth straight title.
