QHow do I sign up?

Click the “SUBSCRIBE” button on the top page and enter your email address to create an account.

Enter your payment information to complete registration. Once the registration confirmation email arrives, you will have access to all content. Please note that a valid email address is required to register.

QWhat languages and currencies are available?

This Service currently supports five languages: Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean. You can change the display language from your account settings or the language selector at the top of the page. The payment currency can be selected from JPY (Japanese yen), USD (US dollars), and EUR (euros).

The currency is automatically selected according to your country of use.

QWhat payment methods can I use?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB). All payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted communication. Card information is not stored on this Service’s servers; it is managed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.

QCan I cancel anytime? What happens to my data after cancellation?

You can cancel anytime from My Page → “Plan Management” → “Cancel.” After submitting a cancellation request, you can continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period (no prorated refunds). After cancellation, access to content will stop, but your account and browsing history/favorites data will be retained for 90 days. If you rejoin, you can continue using the same account. Please note that your data will be deleted after 90 days.

QCan I use one account from multiple devices?

Yes, you can access your account simultaneously from up to three devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs. If you log in from four or more devices at the same time, the oldest session will be logged out automatically. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited under the Terms of Use.
