“If I let my guard down, I lose weight. I prioritize ‘quantity’ over ‘quality’”

Lately, I’ve been hooked on making my own hamburg steak

When it comes to meals, quality matters too, but I focus first and foremost on “quantity.” That’s because I don’t want to lose weight. In my case, I train a lot, so if I’m not careful, my weight drops quickly. That’s why I make a point of eating a lot every day.
Breakfast is usually one thick slice of bread. I top it with scrambled eggs, ham or sausage, and cheese, then bake it pizza-style. On top of that, I always have the same breakfast set every morning: a banana, yogurt, and cereal. Even in winter, I drink iced coffee with it to wake myself up.
